Clickable Prototypes
Clickable prototyping allows for designers to test out designs without the overhead of actual development. With quick creation clickable prototypes can allow users to test actual functionality while still allowing for conversations between the user and the design. Clickable prototypes can also be used as a form of documentation or specs for developers, and proves easier to understand than cumbersome design documentation.
Firefox Hometab

Overview
Over the summer I created a quick and dirty clickable prototype of the Firefox Hometab Concept on which I had been working. For a quick class project, I took this prototype and extended it's capabilities to better show the experience of my Firefox Hometab concept.
Final Prototype
My final prototype using more advanced features of Keynote, such as 'move' and 'opacity', in order to bring out the experience of the design. My slicing up pre-existing photoshop images, I was able to create a more dynamic prototype that dug into the experience of the design. This prototyped can be used on the web, via a series of linked images that Keynote creates, or on a mobile device such as an iPad, via a clickable PDF.

Download the Keynote file, or the .MOV file and try it out!
